1. The DepED Schools Division of Ilocos Norte, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Seven pesos (Php 286,187.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Supply and Door-to-Door Delivery of Supplementary Learning Resources for School Libraries (Lot 5). Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
