1.The DepED Schools Division of Ilocos Norte, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024/20251 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five pesos and 44/100 (Php 4,307,665.44) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the different lots for the project Procurement of Printing Materials for Elementary and Secondary Schools for the Provision of Transition Learning Resources. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
