1. The DepED Schools Division of Ilocos Norte, through the General Appropriations Act of 20241 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Four pesos and 40/100 (Php 1,097,524.40) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the project Purchase of Weighing Scales and Printers for SBFP SY 2024-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
