Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Office Supplies and Semi-Expendables

1) The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, through the National Expenditure Program of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Five Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (Php 16,542,268.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Supplies and Semi-Expendables. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Office Supplies and Semi-Expendables under PB 05-2026 using the Early Procurement Activities (EPA) as Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) calendars upon receipt of the approve Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
