1. The DepED Schools Division of Ilocos Norte, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand One Hundred Forty pesos (Php 3,783,140.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the project Procurement of Printing Materials for the National Learning Camp. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
