2.Program Guidelines of the Palay Buying Program
- Copy to be acknowledged as read and understood.
3.Schedule of Delivery
- Proposed or agreed delivery schedule, signed/acknowledged by the Farmer.
4.Price Schedule and Quantity Commitments
- Document showing the agreed quantity of palay to be delivered and the applicable price per
kilogram, based on the NFA Price Bulletin.
5.Proof of Registration in RSBSA (Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture)
Submit any of the following:
a. RSBSA Certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office, or
b. Photocopy of RSBSA Identification Card
6.Valid Government-Issued ID
