Description : Items of Work are the following:
A. Foundation Works
B. Steel / Roof Framing Works
C. Roofing Works

Terms and Conditions:
1. Project must be completed within 13 weeks or 90 Calendar Days. See Attached Gantt Chart)
Work schedule must be from Monday to Saturday only, including Holidays.
2. Pakyaw Group must have atleast 2 (Two) Skilled workers (1 welder, 1 carpenter/mason) and 6 (Six) Laborers.
3. Terms of Payment: Progress Billing on 20%, 50%, 80% and 100%. Actual Accomplishment.
Pakyaw group shall submit billing application then for verification of Internal Auditors.
4. Materials for the project, Equipment and tools will be provided by the procuring entity.
5. Personal Protective Equipment like hard hat, vest, gloves, boots & fall arrest/harness will be provided as needed.
6. Any accident or mishap that may happen during project implementation shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
