intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos & 31/100 (Php 445,762.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Painting of perimeter fence and replace metal gate at back entrance in Brgy. Multi purpose hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
