Packed Lunch for 365 pax
Each packed lunch shall contain:
• Tender pork rib portion
Grilled or slow-cooked, seasoned in a savory sauce, with barbecue sauce
• One (1) piece of southern-style fried chicken
Golden fried, well-seasoned chicken (leg/thigh portion preferred), crispy skin, tender and juicy meat, with dipping sauce
• One (1) piece of fried fish fillet
Golden fried, well-seasoned fish fillet, with dipping sauce
• Steamed white rice
At least 1 cup, freshly cooked
• Corn and carrots (vegetable side dish)
Stir-fried or sautéed, seasoned and cooked to maintain texture and flavor
