1.The Local Government Unit of Tanudan, through the FY 2025-CAPITAL OUTLAY-MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING OFFICE intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP: 800,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PACKAGE II: PURCHASE OF SURVEY INSTRUMENT (Package includes: One (1) Unit Total Station (TTS2), One (1) unit SAL32AUTOLEVEL, One (1) unit Epson SureColor SC-T3130N Technical Printer). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tanudan now invites bids for the PACKAGE II: PURCHASE OF SURVEY INSTRUMENT (Package includes: One (1) Unit Total Station (TTS2), One (1) unit SAL32AUTOLEVEL, One (1) unit Epson SureColor SC-T3130N Technical Printer) Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar day/s.
