The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2022 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum indicated below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts as shown below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
