1-STOREY SCHOOL BUILDING

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City, through the Supplemental Budget Appropriation Ordinance No. 12th CC-014 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Two Pesos and 77/100 Only (PhP 12,999,802.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package 25-37: Construction of 5CL, 1-Storey School Building, Balintocatoc Integrated School, Balintocatoc, Santiago City with Project Identification Number No. INFRA 25-12-37. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
