CONSTRUCTION OF 2-STOREY 8CL SCHOOL BUILDING AND SITE DEVELOPMENT

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City, through the Supplemental Budget Appropriation Ordinance No. 12th CC-006 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Three Pesos and 45/100 Only (PhP 37,973,903.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package 25-36: Construction of 2-Storey 8CL School Building and Site Development, Patul Elementary School, Patul, Santiago City with Project Identification Number No. INFRA 25-12-36. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
