Description : Invitation to Bid for PACKAGE 25-19:
BARANGAY FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City, through the 2025 Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and 21/100 Only (PhP 8,630,581.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package 25-19: Barangay Facilities Development, Various Barangays, Santiago City with Project Identification Number No. INFRA 25-07-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
