Description : Invitation to Bid for PACKAGE 25-14:
CITY SPORTS COMPLEX
(OVAL STEEL BLEACHERS WITH PAD)

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City, through the 2024 Economic Development Fund & 2024 Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One Pesos and 34/100 Only (PhP 39,999,871.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Package 25-14: City Sports Complex (Oval Steel Bleachers with Pad), Baluarte, Santiago City with Project Identification Number No. INFRA 25-06-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
