Description : 1. The DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH-DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTER-BUKIDNON (DOH-DATRC-BUKIDNON)/NORTHERN MINDANAO WELLNESS AND REINTEGRATION CENTER (NMWRC), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX PESOS AND TWENTY-EIGHT CENTAVOS (PhP 3,976,826.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

2. The DOH-DATRC-Bukidnon/NMWRC now invites bids for PACKAGE 1: PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES., for 1-year period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027. The Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
