Shall include the following services:
Quarterly On-Site Visit
- Inspection, cleaning, diagnosis, necessary adjustments, and
programming of the units.
- Submission of diagnostic, corrective / preventive maintenance report.
- Terminal Block/ patch panel diagram update / back up database to
ensure effcient operation
Provision of Technical Support:
- Call, email or chat support; Monday to Friday, as needed
- two (2) hours response time
