1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 1061-5-02-99-990-2 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱ 45,540,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of TRANSFER/ DISPOSAL OF 19,800 TONS RESIDUAL WASTE ( 2ND QUARTER) under P.R No. 26-02-0289 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Lapu-Lapu now invites bids for TRANSFER/ DISPOSAL OF 19,800 TONS RESIDUAL WASTE ( 2ND QUARTER). (CGSO)
