  1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 5-02-03-990-1 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Ten Pesos (₱ 10,839,010.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of SPORT SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT under P.R No. 26-02-0230. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
