  1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 1061-5-02-03-010 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (₱ 2,938,892.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES under P.R No. 26-01-0140. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
