  1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 4411-5-02-03-070-2 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos (₱ 14,999,570.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ANTI-RABIES VACCINES under P.R No. 26-01-0029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The City of Lapu-Lapu now invites bids for ANTI-RABIES VACCINES. ( CHO)
