  2. The test reports must include the brand name offered, name of the bidder and results of Aluminum (AI) as Alumina (AI2O3)
  3. The validity of test reports must not exceed 8 months prior to the date of post-qualification.
  4. The packaging of the item must, at minimum, include the Product Name, Name of the Supplier and/or Manufacturer and Net Weight.
  5. Bidder must submit 1 kg. sample during post-qualification
