The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 9998-1-0705-010-25s1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,280,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 1 UNIT OUTBOARD MARINE ENGINE under P. R No. 25-09-1267. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
