The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 1011-1-07-06-010-25s3 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos (₱ 8,807,894.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 40 UNITS MOTORCYCLE WITH ACCESSORIES under P. R No. 25-08-1142. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
