The City of Lapu-Lapu through the TRUST FUNDS 2-02-01-050-498 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱ 3,540,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 1 LOT SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HANDHELD PORTABLE RADIOS WITH INSTALLATION, LICENSE AND CONFIGURATION under P. R No. 25-08-1035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
