  INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of ONE (1) LOT ANTI-TB DRUGS
  
  
  The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 4411-5-02-03-070-3 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos (₱ 1,500,398.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) LOT ANTI-TB DRUGS under P. R No. 25-06-0783. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The City of Lapu-Lapu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. CHO
