The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 1011-5-02-03-990-1 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱ 994,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 142 UNIT JETMATIC PUMP FOR SHALLOW WATER under P. R No. 25-03-0385. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
