The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 5-02-99-990-3 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,300,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) LOT RENTAL OF LIGHTS, SOUNDS,LED WALL & DOME TENT under P. R No. 25-02-0247. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
