  The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 5-02-03-080 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (₱ 3,462,225.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of MEDICAL SUPPLIES under P. R No. 25-01-0073, 25-01-0094 & 25-01-0097. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
