  P.R. 25-0830- Supply and delivery of Packed Meals for Alagang Nanay Preventive Health Care Program
  
  In view of two (2) failed public biddings and one (1) failed negotiated procurement, the Provincial Government of Pampanga Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for P.R No. 25-0830 -Supply and delivery of Packed Meals for Alagang Nanay Preventive Health Care Program in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
  
  The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)) is One Million Nine Hundred Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,906,500.00).
  
  There will be a Pre-Negotiation Meeting on ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬DECEMBER 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the 2nd Floor, Executive House, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
