Invitation to Bid for the Oyster Culture Project of Barangay San RoqueEstancia, Iloilo.

1. The Barangay San Roque Estancia, Iloilo through the DOLE project of the Barangay San Roque intent to apply for the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 398,750.00) for the materials and supplies for the Oyster Culture.

2. Bid receives in excess of the approved budget shall be dis-qualified automatically at the Bid opening.

3. The BArangay San Roque, Estancia, Iloilo now invites bids to all registered supplier for the materials and supplies for oyster Culture project.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procedure Reform Act".
