1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Cordillera Administrative Region, through the National Expenditure Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Two Pesos and Eight Centavos (PhP 5,180,842.08) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the project, Outsourcing of Service Provider of Janitorial Services for DSWD CAR Facilities for January to December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within January to December 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
