Description : The Philippine Science High School-Ilocos Region Campus in Ilocos Sur, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program4 intends to apply the sum of three million four hundred forty two thousand nine hundred forty six pesos and 34/100 (PhP 3,442,946.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Outsourcing of Other General Services for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
