Description : Outsourcing of Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating (IR/ME) for 36 BSAT Students of Batch Charlie

A. Training Specifications
1. The Multi-engine and Instrument Rating Ground and Flight Training (ATAM 4205, ATAM 4206 and ATAM 4207) must fully comply with the minimum applicable requirements prescribed under the Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR) for Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR).
2. The training provider shall ensure that student trainees are covered with the minimum required insurance throughout the duration of the ME and IR trainings.
3. The training provider shall assist the students in securing all necessary permits and licenses relevant to the training program.
4. The training provider must provide all essential components to fulfill the requirements for ME and IR ratings, including the prescribed number of ground and flight training hours.
5. The training provider must have the capacity to accommodate thirty-six (36) students per semester.
