EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY

Outsourcing of Manpower Services for PSHS System Office of the Executive Director for FY 2025

1. The Philippine Science High School System - Office of the Executive Director (PSHSS-OED), through the National Expenditures Program FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos and Forty-Two Centavos (Php 10,284,579.42) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Outsourcing of Manpower Services for PSHS System Office of the Executive Director for FY 2025 with reference number PB2025-01-EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PSHSS-OED now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184.
