Description : Invitation to Bid for Outsourcing of Manpower and Professional Services for PSHS-CAR Campus In Baguio City for CY 2026

1) The Philippine Science High School - Cordillera Administrative Region Campus in Baguio City, through the NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 5,323,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Outsourcing of Manpower and Professional Services for PSHS-CAR Campus in Baguio City for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Science High School - Cordillera Administrative Region Campus (PSHS-CARC) in Baguio City now invites bids for the procurement of the provision of manpower and professional services including administrative, psychometric, engineering, and dormitory support personnel using the Early Procurement Activity.
