  Description : OUTSOURCING OF JANITORIAL AND OTHER SKILLED WORKER SERVICES FOR ALL NAAP CAMPUSES
  FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH TO DECEMBER 2026
  
  
  1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the FY 2026 General Appropriation Act and from internally generated income of the College, intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos & Eighty Eight Centavos (Php 21,284,179.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Outsourcing of Janitorial and Other Skilled Worker Services for All NAAP Campuses for the Period of March to December 2026 under Identification No. PB-2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
