Description : A. Training Specifications
1. Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating Ground and Flight Training (ATAM 4205, ATAM 4206 and ATAM 4207) must cover all the minimum applicable requirements stipulated in the PCAR Part 2.3 for Instrument and Multi - Engine Rating and NAAP BSAT Curriculum.
2. Training provider shall cover minimum required insurance of the student trainees
during the conduct of IR/ME Training.
3. Training provider shall assist the students in securing permits and licenses applicable to the training.
4. The training provider shall have the capacity to accommodate up to 34 students per semester on top of the other existing training contracts or engagement of the prospective training provider.
B. Fleet Requirements
1. The training provider shall have at least five (5) airworthy Instrument Rating Cessna 172 (C-172) single reciprocating engine airplane exclusively intended for IR training.
2. The training provider shall have at least one (1) airworthy multi-engine airplane exclusively intended for ME training.
