  1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 11,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Outsourcing of Ground and Flight Training Services of Sixteen (16) BSAT Students for Private Pilot License, PPL (Batch Echo) under Identification No. PB-2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The NAAP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
