Description : Outsourcing of Biochemical Oxygen Demand for Laguna Lake
Sample (GCG Validation) 16 samples per quarter (March, June,
September and December )
64 Sample BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand)
Requirements:
1. Laboratory must have a valid EMB certificate of recognition for
the requested physico-chemical parameter
2. Sample must be picked-up at 4:30 pm on the same day of
sampling at LLDA National Ecology Center, Diliman, Quezon City.
3. ROLA must be released o the 15th day from receipt of the
sample and must be delivered to LLDA National Ecology Center,
Diliman, Quezon City.
Approved Budget of Contract: Php70,400.00
The following documents must be included in the submission of
price quotation:
1. Mayor's/Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Registration
3. Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)
