1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) - Revenue Region (RR) No. 7B - East NCR, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos & 78/100
(PHP3,807,579.78), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment for the procurement of Outsourced Personnel Services for the Document Processing Division of Revenue Region No. 7B - East NCR under Public Bidding No. 2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. BIR RR No. 7B - East NCR now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the abovementioned project, in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, also the New Government Procurement Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
