1. Clearing and grubbing of site and other necessary works
before and during topographic survey
2. To verify and provide the horizontal and vertical position of existing
natural features (ground elevations, bodies of water,vegetation, etc.),
constructed features (levees, roads, pipelines, utilities, drainage
structures, buildings, etc.), coordinates and stationing every 0.5 m
contour interval of BMC -PILI (DON SUSANO J. RODRIGUEZ MEMORIAL
MENTAL HOSPITAL) with an area of 240,000 sq.m. (approx.)
3. To submit lot Plans in 18"x22" size tracing paper and
