Scope of Work
- Pull-out of damage submersible pump
- Supply New Submersible pump
5 Hp, 3-phase, 220V, including motor control
- Installation of New Submersible Pump
- Check-up and repair wiring (with complete motor
protection device/motor control must be
NEMA 4x enclosure)
- Supply and installation of new water level
switch for everhead tank
- Replacement of water level sensor
- Testing and Commissioning

Conditions:
1. The Contractor shall secure site inspection
at the EFMS Office upon RFQ
