SCOPE OF WORKS:
A. 100 units of Oxygen Cylinder Tanks for Hydrostatic
Testing & Repainting
1. Hydrostatic Testing of cylinders (Reclassification of
cylinders if it can hold mixinum of 2500 PSI content
2. Repainting of cylinders with GREEN color and "BMC"
(color white) label and "MEDICAL OXYGEN" (color white)
label (back to back)
3. Each tank will be stencil/engraved with hydrostatic testing
date validity of 5 years
4. Provide Hydrostatic Testing Certificate
OTHER TERMS & CONDITION
1. Supplier must have Service Center at least 50KM radius from BMC
2. Secure working permit from EFMS prior to testing
