following scope of works:

I. Removal of old/defective parts.
II. Replacement & installation of the following new parts:
a. 1 pc. Main PCB (for OR Table, SN. 40061295)
b. 1 pc. Hydraulic Motor (for OR Table, SN. 40061295)
c. 2 pcs. Power Supply (for OR Light, SN. 20160055 & 20160057)
III. Checking that the machine is working well and has no other problem.
IV. Functional testing of the machine to ensure it is operates according
to required specification.
V. Testing and Commissioning.
