II. Repair and Preventive Maintenance:
a. General Check-up.
b. Regular functional assessment.
c. Clean-up of all internal boards and components.
d. General internal and external cleaning.
e. Pertinent maintenance test and service in accordance with the
mandate of the manufacturer.
f. Bi-annual PMS, two (2) times, as per agreed schedule.
