  OUTSIDE LABOR, EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS FOR
  THE REPAIR AND RE-PAINTING OF ONE (1) UNIT
  AMBULANCE VEHICLE WITH PLATE No. MV-0539,
  WITH THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORKS
  INCLUDING REQUIRED PARTS AND MATERIALS:
  
  I. Remove & re-install all accessories & other parts
  before & after repainting.
  II. Reform/re-alignment of back door panel, rear
  bumper cover.
  III. Scrape to metal cargo panel
  IV. Perform general wash-over and repaint of inner
  cargo side-by-side, flooring, undercoating, whole
  body rubdown and semonize.
  V. Upholstery of Inner cargo side by side and right &
  left seats (w/ materials)
  VI. Replace body stickers
