1. Inspection of door gasket for wear, crack and deformation.
2. Ensure the door mechanism operates and seals properly.
3. Check the chamber interior for any signs of corrosion, residue or physical damage.
4. Examine hoses, seals and connectors for leaks or sign deterioration.
5. Inspection of electrical parts such as relays, power supply, PLC's connectors & terminals.
6. Replacement of the following PM Kit: Vacuum Pump Protector Oil (3 Liters), H2O2
Decomposer (1 pc.), Vaccum Pump Outlet Filter (1 pc.), Air Inlet Hepa Filter (2 pcs.)
