The Contractor/Supplier shall:
1. Secure approval of materials/equipment before fabrication commence
2. Secure approved Work Permit and shall submit complete list of name
of workers at EFMs Office prior to installation commence
3. Be responsible for the replacement/restoration of any site
damage done (whether accidental or intentional) inccurred
during installation
4. Have a PCAB license of small B.
