Please quote your price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and conditions of the RFQ,
and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than Aug. 20, 2025 at CGSO for Goods.
Upon receipt of at least (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the CGSO shall open the quotations.
Sealed quotation and other requirements stated below shall be submitted to the CGSO.
The following items are available for quotation:
1 275 packs Toilet tissue paper 2 ply P 72,875.00
2 50 pcs Trash can (large) 24,000.00
3 500 packs garbage bag (large) 52,500.00
4 50 pcs Dust pan (plastic) 9,000.00
5 50 pcs Floor mop 47,500.00
Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
a. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Prices shall be quoted in CGSO
b. Philgeps registration Certificate.
c. valid mayor's Permit
d. BIR (Certificate of Registration)
